Join us for a unique and creative workshop where you’ll transform broken china, vintage-inspired treasures, and meaningful keepsakes into a stunning mosaic heart displayed in a black shadowbox. You’ll begin by breaking a teacup or china piece and then arranging the fragments into a one-of-a-kind heart design. There is something surprisingly satisfying about the process of breaking something and reimagining it into something entirely new. It’s a creative experience that invites reflection, sparks conversation, and reminds us that beauty can emerge from unexpected places. Bring a teacup, saucer, or small china piece that holds special meaning, or choose from a selection of cups and china provided. You’re also welcome to bring small costume jewelry pieces, buttons, charms, broken brooches, single earrings, or other sentimental treasures you’d like to incorporate into your artwork.h We’ll also have a collection of vintage keys, beads, buttons, china pieces, and embellishments available to help you create a design that is uniquely yours. No experience is necessary. You’ll receive step-by-step instruction and all the supplies needed to complete your project. Workshop Includes: • Heart-shaped mosaic base • Black shadowbox frame • China and teacups (if you don’t bring your own) • Vintage keys, beads, buttons, and embellishments • Adhesives and supplies • Guided instruction Please Note: If bringing your own china, choose pieces you are comfortable breaking and using in your artwork.
